This is a 90-minute Shamanic Healing Session conducted virtually via Zoom.
In our session together, we will work with the Seven Energy Centers/Chakras to clear, illuminate and release any stuck energy, psychic sludge or imprints being held. Some sessions may include Soul Retrieval, Power Retrieval, Power Animal Retrieval, Destiny Retrieval, Cord Cutting, Extractions and/or Entity Removal.
Every session is different. As I hold the container to facilitate the healing work, you are the one that is really allowing the work to be done through your intention and openness to receive. I would love to support you on this journey.
The cost for a single session is $150.

This is a 60 Minute Virtual Yin Yoga session done from the comfort of your home via Zoom. These sessions are live and catered towards your specific needs/intentions.
Yin Yoga is the practice of working the fascial lines and tissue of the body to help create flexibility, release tension and bring more lubrication to joints and muscles by holding static postures. Yin Yoga is a more passive practice in which we hold postures for 3-5 minutes.
By lengthening and reducing constriction of the fascial tissues around the muscles, we can create pathways of energy and mobility.
I generally like to use to lots of props in sessions. If you don't have traditional yoga blocks, couch pillows, throw blankets and beach towels work just as well!
The cost for a single session is $75. If you are interested in ongoing support, you may be interested in my package deals.
