I am an online Yin Yoga instructor and Shamanic Practitioner. It is my heart's mission to help individuals alchemize pain into power through the transformation of Yin Yoga and Shamanic Healing.
Whether you're moving through heartbreak, navigating life's transitions or seeking clarity, comfort or support, I offer a grounded space for you to reconnect and traverse the terrains of change with care and kindness.
Through private, virtual, one-on-one sessions in both Shamanic Energy Healing and Yin Yoga, these offerings are held with the intention of creating balance, release and renewed strength for the body, mind, and spirit.
For those drawn to learn more about Shamanism, I also offer personalized Shamanic Mentorship sessions. In these coaching sessions, we’ll explore your unique goals and I’ll coach you in specialized practices and techniques to deepen your connection and growth to the realm of Spirit.
My journey to the Healing Arts began as a student of the Chakra system. As my curiosity for this energy system guided me to study and learn more, my fascination for Shamanism began.
I became a student of the Peruvian Medicine Wheel (as taught by Alberto Villoldo). After the completion of my initial Shamanic training, I have since gone on to study other facets of Shamanism including in-depth Psychopomp work.
What is Shamanic Healing?
Shamanic Healing is a spiritual practice rooted in ancient traditions that focuses on restoring harmony to an individual's life by addressing imbalances in their energy field.
This style of energetic healing work addresses not just the symptoms but the underlying causes of issues, considering physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person’s life.

What to Expect in a Session:
Each 90-minute virtual session is tailored to your unique needs. Here’s what might happen during a session:
Energy Clearing: We will work to clear any stuck energy from your energy centers (Chakras).
Personalized Practices: Depending on what you need, your session may include techniques such as Soul Retrieval (to reclaim lost parts of yourself), Power Animal Retrieval (to connect with the power of an animal spirit), Cord Cutting (to release unhealthy ties), Extractions (Remove negative energies or blockages) or Entity Removal (Clear any unwanted spiritual entities).

My yoga journey as a teacher and student has been deeply fruitful and transformative. I went from teaching 18 in-person yoga classes per week to transitioning to the online space and studio, working from home in 2021.
As I came to yoga in 2015 as an oasis for connecting deeper to the essence of my body, mind and spirit, I noticed that yoga made me feel much different than any other movement-based activity.
In 2018, I completed my 200 hr YTT training and have since taught multiple styles of yoga. I am a certified RYT 500 yoga teacher with certifications in Yin Yoga, Hatha-Vinyasa, Chair Yoga, Prenatal and Kids' Yoga. While I’ve taught various styles over the years, my heart lies with the softness of Yin.
Yin Yoga is a gentle, grounding practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues — the fascia — through long-held, static postures. This meditative approach supports the release of tension, the increase of mobility and restoration of the body’s natural flexibility.
I offer 60-minute private virtual Yin Yoga sessions, designed to meet you exactly where you are. You can book a single session, or purchase a 5-class package for deeper, ongoing support.

"This Yin Yoga class was wonderful. It was exactly what my body needed. Eleni explained how to do each pose and what the benefits were. We held each pose for various amounts of time and that allowed my body to relax and stretch the fascia. She called it, "sinking into the pose." Her classes are so special because she knows exactly when to talk, how to take you to the pose with her gentle voice and she also knows when to stop talking so we can really feel the feelings. And then she will, softly, start preparing you to get out of the pose. Always gently, always caring and giving! Some little readings are added to the classes, sometimes, to enrich the experience.
